He has founded several business coaching and training products and services in the past 30 years and has coached Fortune 500 companies like American Express, Swiss Re, Ingersoll Rand and others.
Kickstart Your Coaching is a product of this experience and his most profound inspiration. Jessie has dedicated his life to coaching and believes it is one of the most important skills for a business owner to have. His passion for helping clients to make more money in less time and have more FUN, makes him one of the leading business coaches in North Carolina.
He has co-founded several Elite businesses including Elite Corporate Coaching, Elite Publishing, Mastermind-Sports Sports Performance Coaching, Silva Life Success Coaching , the American Martial Arts Alliance Business Management Group and Karate International of Durham.
Jessie holds a Degree in Business Management, sports hypnosis, and is a Silva International certified seminar facilitator and life success coach. He is on the staff of the Duke University Physical Education Department and Corporate Educator for Duke Corporate Education (the #1 Corporate Education company in the world).
As a sports-mind game coach, he has coached some of the top collegiate teams in bowling, basketball, and football. He is a 10th Degree Black Belt , world karate champion and author.
