Jessie Bowen
Executive Director

Grandmaster Jessie Bowen has been dedicated to the martial arts and to the continual growth as a sport and business. He owns Karate International of Durham, located in Durham, NC. He is also the President, of Elite Corporate Coaching, Elite Publication, and The American Martial Arts Alliance Sport Karate League & Hall of Fame, LLC located in Durham, North Carolina. He holds certifications and degrees in Business Management, Master Sports Hypnosis, NLP, Mindfulness and Martial Science. He decided long ago, he was not happy with the politics in the martial arts and founded the American Martial Arts Alliance, an organization free of politics, styles, and organizational frustration.
AMAA Mission Statement
The primary focus of the American Martial Arts Alliance, LLC is to develop discipline, respect, honor, accountability, and leadership through the philosophy of Martial Arts and to provide services and guidance to foster technical excellence and maintain the highest standards in the martial arts community. The American Martial Arts Alliance, LLC will uphold the integrity, ethics, and spirit of fairness within sport karate, honor and support the unsung heroes of martial arts, and pave the way for future champions.
